I confirm that I am the owner of the vehicle and that the above-mentioned motor vehicle has arrived in Malta and is proceeding inland pending the lodging of a customs declaration. I further undertake that:

The required customs declaration for release for free circulation shall be lodged within ten (10) working days from the date of arrival

The vehicle shall not be sold, transferred, hired out, or otherwise disposed of prior to the completion of the customs formalities

The vehicle shall be kept available for inspection upon request by the Customs authorities

I acknowledge that failure to comply with the above may result in the application of the necessary legal measures, including the detention of the vehicle
